ELAI is delighted to invite you to attend our next webinar which will be hosted by Hayes Solicitors on Wednesday 28 September, from 5 – 6pm:
The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022: A new era for whistleblowing
The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022 implements the EU Whistleblowing Directive into Irish law and brings with it significant changes for Ireland's whistleblowing regime, including more onerous obligations on employers and greater protections for whistleblowers.
Join our panel where they will discuss the key features of the new regime and provide practical insights, with a particular focus on aspects such as the challenges of the new reporting channels, how international businesses can ensure local compliance and the potential legal claims which can arise from a breach.
We are opening up this session to in-house Counsel both in Ireland and Internationally so please feel free to forward this invite to any clients or colleagues outside of private practice that may be interested.
